Precision Nutritional Services offers custom nutritional care based on your
unique genetics, lifestyle, and environment—because no two bodies are the same.
Every human being’s wellness is impacted by their own particular genetics, lifestyle, and environmental exposure. These combined factors play a critical role in overall health and can significantly increase the risk of developing chronic inflammatory conditions such as diabetes, metabolic disorders, and obesity. In many cases, they also accelerate aging.
Compounding these risks is the modern American diet, which consists largely of excessively refined carbohydrates, salt, and saturated fats. Ultra-processed foods now account for 60% of all calories consumed by adults and 70% of all calories eaten by children. These foods are strongly linked to serious health concerns including cardiovascular disease, inflammatory bowel disease, depression, elevated lipids, obesity, and gestational high blood sugar.
Most health care systems today are reactive rather than preventive. Preventive care, early detection, personalized nutritional counseling, and lifestyle modification are often overlooked in the standard physician’s office. In reality, the same food given to two individuals may produce very different metabolic responses. That’s where Precision Nutritional Services comes in.
Personalized nutritional wellness aims to tailor dietary recommendations to each individual’s unique biological makeup, lifestyle, and risk factors. Thanks to advancements in genetics and nutrigenomics, we now have the tools to bring personalized care to more people than ever before. This approach doesn’t just manage disease—it helps prevent it.
At Precision Nutritional Services, we are dedicated to detecting, treating, and preventing diet-related diseases. We focus on nutritional genomics, which evaluates the genetic variations in each individual and how different diets can directly or indirectly alter gene expression. Our goal is to help patients achieve optimal health outcomes through customized care plans, rooted in science.
We believe that personalized nutritional services can substantially improve quality of life, delay or reduce diet-related illnesses, and empower individuals to take control of their health. Every patient is different—and so is every treatment plan. We work closely with each individual to help them reach their personal wellness goals.
